I stumbled across this short documentary that discusses the creation and subsequent development of trends (fashion, music, art). It features several NY fashion notables including one of my favorites Josh Peskowitz who just recently, traded his position as Style Editor at Esquire Magazine for Fashion Director at the Gilt Groupe. Nevertheless this film is interesting for anyone interested in the cultural industries in accordance to how creativity is fostered.
